A BaseLinker alternative for UK marketplace sellers
Base (formerly BaseLinker) is a capable order and listing tool, and many UK sellers use it. This page is for sellers who want repricing, customer messages and profit tracking in the same system as their orders and stock, and who want to see the numbers behind each price.
Last updated 26 October 2026. Competitor details change often. We describe competitors only in general terms and point you to their own pages, so check their current pricing and features before you decide.
What people look for when they leave Base
- Everything on one SKU. Stock, cost, fees, postage, price rules, listings, orders, messages and profit sit on one linked SKU page, rather than in separate tools.
- Repricing that knows your costs. The floor price is built from landed cost, channel fee, postage, VAT and a returns allowance, then tested in a simulator before any price changes.
- Customer messages with order context. One inbox with the order beside each message, an Amazon 24-hour countdown, and drafts that a person approves.
- Courier price lists you own. Upload your Evri, Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce price sheet and postage is worked out per product and country, then feeds floors and profit.
- An explanation for every automated action. Order rules can be dry-run against recent orders, and every change records why it happened and can be undone.
Moving from Base
We were built by a seller who runs on Base today, so importing is a first-class job. Catalogue and channel links come across from Base, and your historic orders are imported once so nothing is duplicated when a channel goes live. Orders then come directly from each marketplace.
When Base may still suit you better
If you need a long list of niche integrations today, or a feature we have not built, Base is likely the safer choice until we reach it. Ask us about a specific channel and we will give you a straight answer on its status.

Not yet for every channel. It covers orders, stock, repricing and messages for the channels marked live, and others are in development. Ask us about the channels you use.
Can I bring my catalogue and orders from Base?
Yes. Catalogue, channel links and historic orders can be imported once, with duplicates blocked when channels go live.
How much does it cost?
