Every order, every listing, every price. One calm screen.

MarketplaceHQ 365 brings your orders, stock, postage labels, repricing and customer messages together, and hands the routine work to automation so your team deals only with what needs a person.

Built by a working UK seller, for the way sellers actually work.

The problem

Four tools, four tabs, and a stock count that never quite agrees

Most multichannel sellers run an order tool, a stock tool, a repricer and a shared inbox. Each one holds its own version of the truth, so someone spends the day reconciling them.

  • One tool instead of four. One login, one stock count, one place to look.
  • Automate the routine. Courier choice, label printing, stock sync, common warnings and common customer questions are handled by rules and AI, with a person kept in the loop for anything sensitive.
  • Go live safely. Every channel starts in shadow mode: it reads and compares, and writes nothing to a marketplace until you switch that channel on.
How it fits together

Everything in, everything out, through one hub

Orders, stock and messages come in from each channel. Labels, tracking and replies go back out. Your team works from one queue in the middle.

What it does

Four jobs that used to need four systems

Orders, labels and one stock count

Orders from every channel in one queue. A rule engine picks the courier and service for each one, and anything it cannot place goes to review instead of guessing. One stock ledger records every movement and tells each channel what it needs to know.

  • Book and print labels through your own courier accounts, with tracking sent back
  • Reservations for open orders and safety buffers per channel, so you never oversell
  • Made-to-order products marked always available
  • Scan to pack at the bench

Repricing that decides in under a second, and never breaks your floor

Strategies for winning the Buy Box, maximising margin, staying under a competitor or clearing stock. The engine answers in well under a second, and every change is logged with the trigger, the rule used and how long it took.

  • Hard floors and ceilings, built from landed cost and minimum margin
  • A drop of more than 25% in one step needs a person to approve it
  • A suspicious competitor price pauses the item and raises an alert
  • Simulate a strategy before it touches a real price

A customer inbox that drafts the easy replies and escalates the rest

Every customer message from every channel in one thread view, beside the customer's orders. AI drafts replies from the real order record and your own policies. Refunds, complaints, legal threats and anything unusual always go to your team and are never auto-sent.

  • Order status, tracking and stock questions answered from the data
  • Start with every draft approved by a person; turn on auto-send per question type when you trust it
  • Set the tone, returns rules and what the assistant may promise

Decide what to buy, and write the listings to sell it

Upload a supplier spreadsheet and each line is checked against your own sales velocity, margin, days of cover and minimum order quantity, then marked buy, hold or skip with the reasons. Draft and improve titles, bullets and descriptions to each marketplace's rules, with an automatic checker before anything is published.

  • Verdicts from your own sales history, not a generic score
  • Banned phrases, length limits and age wording caught before a listing goes live
  • Compare a new draft with the old listing before you replace it

Questions

Straight answers

Can I run it alongside my current system?

Yes. Channels start in shadow mode, where MarketplaceHQ 365 reads orders and stock and compares, without changing anything on the marketplace.

Which marketplaces and couriers are connected today?

Amazon UK, Germany and France are live, with Amazon Buy Shipping for labels. Other Amazon marketplaces, courier connections and more channels are being added in order of demand. The integrations page shows where each one stands.

Can the repricer go below my cost?

No. The floor price is a hard limit, and a drop of more than 25% in one step needs a person to approve it.

Does the AI send customer replies on its own?

Only for question types you switch on, and never for refunds, complaints, legal threats or anything unusual. Everything else waits for a person.

What does it cost?

Pricing is based on your monthly orders, from £29 a month plus VAT, with every feature included on every plan. Early-access pricing is confirmed before launch.

Can you move us over for us?

Yes. Managed set-up connects your channels, imports your products, stock and order history, configures everything and runs side by side with your old tool until you switch. It is priced per project; email [email protected] for a quote.
